During Depot Days 1999, over 2,200 people
rode the ex-Illinois Central Rail line. People came from many
different states
to enjoy this fantastic event.
In the fall, there is another oppertunity
to ride the rails as well. Our "Fall Colors" event was
well attended last year. We
hope the state DOT and DNR will keep the rails in place long enough
to make the Fall Colors ride a reality in 1999.
